As the Muslims’ month of Ramadhan came draws to a close, Finance Trust Bank yesterday held its Iftar dinner event for its Muslim staff.

The event held at the bank’s Head office at Twed Plaza in Kampala was aimed at celebrating the Holy Month of Ramadan and breaking the fast with the Muslim community.

It was graced by 10 Imams who spoke passionately about their faith and the work of Finance Trust Bank in respecting the different religions.

The clerics further urged the believers to remain devout and seek to do good.

Speaking at the dinner, the bank’s Managing Director of Finance Trust Bank, Ms. Annet Nakawunde, said they were pleased to be able to give back to the Muslim staff during the Holy Month of Ramadan.

“We believe that this event was a great opportunity for us to appreciate our staff,” she said.

“At Finance Trust Bank, it is our mission that everyone who walks through our doors feels appreciated irrespective of their religious affiliations.”
