At least one person has been killed this morning in a grisly road accident in Beyogerere, a Kampala suburb.
The deceased has been identified as Ms Sharot Asingwire. She was reportedly knocked dead by a trailer on Sunday morning, according to a family member.
Sharot was a final year student at Kyambogo University and was slated for graduation later this year.
She was also the daughter of Mr John Betungura, the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Kyegegwa district, and resident of Kitwem, in Ibanda District.
