A lot can happen and a lot does happen during trips around Uganda’s wilderness. Some people network for business, some make lasting friendships while others get hit by the cupid arrows and commence their romantic relations.

For Breathtaking Uganda, a private tour company, having two people who met on one of their trips fall in love and commit to tie the knot is a testament that travel avails boundless opportunities for fun, adventure, relaxation and falling in love, a lot.

Love is in the air, wedding bells are sounding as Judie and Bruce prepare to tie the knot come December 30th, 2023. Lake Mburo National Park is definitely not a hopeless place to find love, not when the trip itself was dubbed “Love in the Wilderness.”

“Congratulations to Muhame Bruce Karisa and Judie Namande, Breathtaking Uganda’s first ‘official couple’. I met Judie one afternoon in 2012. She was doing sales for some IT related business. She would later be one of our loyal clients when I started Breathtaking Uganda. When Bruce joined us as consultant marketer, we did a lot of trips, many of which were attended by Judy. Her smile and good nature clearly didn’t leave the towering gigantic Muhame the same,” writes Isaiah Rwanyekiro, CEO Breathtaking Uganda.

Following this Easter cupid (the love in the wilderness of Lake Mburo NP trip was conducted during the Easter break in 2019), Bruce and Judie would be part of many other Breathtaking Uganda trips; enjoying each other’s company in the beautiful environs of Brovad Sands Lodge Kalangala, taking on adventures of Mabira Forest at the Rain Forest Lodge among others.

“I am glad that after so many trips down the road, Bruce will officially walk Judie down the aisle in the land of milk and honey – Mbarara City at Nyakayojo. I wish Bruce and Judie a happy and fulfilling marriage. May you forever be blessed,” Rwanyekiro stated in his message to the soon-to-be husband and wife.

He added, “we await many more couples that met on Breathtaking Uganda trips to come out and make things official as well.”

Now, this call to action should be your inspiration to give love a chance this festive season, give yourself a 10th chance at attracting a partner with whom you share hobbies such as travelling. We will be delighted to bring you counts of the couple once they settle down and aren’t under the preparation stress.

Since we now have a reference, maybe the next Breathtaking Uganda trip is your lucky day for cupid to locate you.

From the Prime News team, we wish Bruce and Judie the best marriage brings.
